Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, email address and a password. Confirm your age (18+), tick the terms agreement and submit. A one-time code is sent to your mobile to verify your number. Once confirmed, your account is active and your PKR wallet is ready to fund.

Registration is completely free. There is no sign-up fee, no monthly charge and no cost to create an account. You only spend money when you choose to deposit funds into your PKR wallet and start playing or placing bets.

No. Each person is allowed exactly one pkr9 account. Duplicate accounts are suspended when detected and any associated winnings may be voided. If you have lost access to your existing account, use the forgot password option or contact support — do not create a new account.

Your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) is the standard document required for identity verification on pkr9. Verification is typically triggered when you submit your first withdrawal request. Having your CNIC details ready early means your withdrawal processes without delay. The name on your pkr9 account must match your CNIC exactly.

On the Login page, click "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your registered mobile number or email address and a reset code or link will be sent to you. Follow the steps to set a new password. If you have lost access to your registered mobile number, contact pkr9 support with your account details for manual verification.
Deposits & Withdrawals

PKR9 supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. All transactions are processed in PKR — there is no currency conversion involved. The full list of available methods is shown in your account wallet section after login.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your pkr9 PKR wallet within a few minutes of completing the payment. During peak times there may be a short delay but it generally does not take longer than 10 to 15 minutes. If your balance has not updated after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Log in and go to the withdrawal section of your wallet. Enter the amount in PKR you want to withdraw and select your payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank account. Funds are sent to the account you have registered and verified. Accounts that have completed CNIC verification process withdrawals faster. Visit the Withdrawal page for full details.

PKR9 does not charge fees on the withdrawal side. The amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside pkr9's control, but the platform itself does not deduct a withdrawal fee.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are shown in your account wallet section. They are set in PKR and vary slightly depending on the payment method. The current minimums are always displayed before you confirm a transaction so there are no surprises.
Games & Game Lobby

The pkr9 game lobby includes fish shooting games, bingo rooms, slots, live casino tables (including live dealers), and arcade-style games. New titles are added regularly. Visit the Game Lobby to see the full current selection — all games run from your PKR wallet balance.

Fish shooting games are multiplayer arcade-style games where you fire at fish and sea creatures moving across the screen. Each fish has a different point or multiplier value — bigger, rarer fish pay more. You spend bullets (which cost PKR from your wallet) to shoot, and winnings are credited when a fish is eliminated. Pkr9 bingo rooms run live draws with multiple players. You buy bingo cards using your PKR balance before each round starts. Numbers are drawn randomly and your cards are marked automatically. Complete a winning pattern — a line, two lines or a full house depending on the room type — before other players and win the pot. See the Bingo page for room schedules and buy-in amounts.

All pkr9 games use certified random number generation systems to determine outcomes. Fish game targets, bingo draws and slot results are determined independently of any player action or account balance. The outcomes cannot be predicted or manipulated. This is standard across all titles in the game lobby.
Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket is the main focus — Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, one-day internationals and test matches are all covered. Football markets are available for major leagues and tournaments. Yes. PKR9 offers live in-play betting on PSL matches and other cricket fixtures where markets are kept open during the game. Odds update in real time as the match progresses. You can bet on the match winner, total runs, next wicket, over/under totals and other markets depending on what is available for each fixture.

Bets are settled once the relevant event or market has concluded and the official result has been confirmed. For cricket matches this is typically within a short time of the match ending. Winnings are added to your PKR wallet automatically once settlement is complete. You can track the status of all open and settled bets in your account betting history.

If a match is officially abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result is completed, affected bets are generally voided and stakes are returned to your PKR wallet. The exact rules depend on the specific market and event. pkr9 follows standard cricket betting settlement rules for abandoned matches, which are detailed in the Terms and Conditions.
Mobile App

Yes. A dedicated pkr9 Android app is available for download from the App page. The app is not listed on the Google Play Store — it is downloaded as an APK directly from the pkr9 website. You will need to allow installation from unknown sources in your Android settings before installing, which is a standard one-time step.

On most Android phones, go to Settings → Security (or Privacy) → Install unknown apps. Find your browser or file manager in the list and toggle "Allow from this source" on. On some newer Android versions, you are prompted automatically when you try to install the APK. Once the app is installed, you can turn the setting back off if you prefer.

The pkr9 app is optimised to run on a wide range of Android devices, including budget-range handsets common across Pakistan. Minimum requirements are Android 5.0 and above with at least 1GB RAM. Fish games and live casino may run more smoothly on mid-range or higher devices. If the app feels slow on an older phone, try using the mobile browser version of pkr9.onl instead.

A dedicated iOS app is not currently available. iPhone users can access the full pkr9 platform through the Safari mobile browser by visiting pkr9.onl. The mobile website is fully responsive and works well on iOS devices — you can deposit, play and bet without needing an app installation.
Responsible Gaming

PKR9 provides deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time reminders, a cooling-off period feature and self-exclusion. These are all accessible from your account settings. Lowering a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum agreed period and cannot be reversed early. See the full Responsible Gaming page for details.

The minimum age is 18 years. You must confirm your date of birth when registering and pkr9 may request CNIC verification to confirm your age at any stage. Accounts belonging to anyone under 18 are permanently closed when identified. Parents should ensure minors do not have unsupervised access to devices with pkr9 installed or logged in.

Log in and go to the Responsible Gaming section in your account settings. Choose a daily, weekly or monthly limit in PKR. Reducing the limit takes effect immediately. Increasing the limit requires a waiting period before the change is applied — this is deliberate and protects you from impulsive decisions. Setting a limit proactively when you first register is a good habit.

Self-exclusion is available in your account settings under Responsible Gaming, or you can request it directly through pkr9 support. You select a minimum period — typically six months or longer — and your account is closed for that duration. It cannot be reopened before the period ends. Any remaining PKR balance is processed for withdrawal before the exclusion takes effect.
